NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

August 15, 2023

Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. Chapter 117 and the Georgia Development Regulations, the DRB will hold a public hearing at the Town Offices, 47 Town Common Road North, Georgia, Vermont, on August 15, 2023, at 7:00 pm.  Applicants and interested parties may also attend the meeting virtually via Zoom.

The meeting shall reference the following:

• • Preliminary Plat Review (PR-002-23) for Cline Road, LLC for a 15 Lot, 14 Unit Planned Unit Development (PUD) at Cline Road and Horseshoe Barn Road, Parcel ID# 102130000, AR-1 Zoning district.

Applications and all relevant materials may be viewed in the Zoning Office, Mon.-Fri. 8:30-4pm, Pursuant to 24 V.S.A. § 4464, participation in the local proceedings is a prerequisite to the right to take any subsequent appeal.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
